Bill Dewalt was an American actor who appeared in The Residents' unfinished feature film Vileness Fats, shot between 1972 and 1976 in the group's Sycamore Street studio.

Dewalt's name is featured in the end credits of the featurette derived from the unfinished film, Whatever Happened To Vileness Fats?, released on VHS in 1984.
