The eL Ralpho Archive is The Residents' archive of sound recordings, video and film footage, and other assorted materials, which has traditionally been maintained by The Cryptic Corporation since their formation in June 1976.

The archive was kept by Cryptic President Hardy Fox until his retirement in 2016; it was then passed onto present Cryptic "Captain Doc" Homer Flynn, who currently shares maintenance duties with Cryptic co-owners MVD Audio and Cherry Red Records.

Flynn's inheritance of the archive led to the release of the pREServed series of expanded and remastered album reissues which began in 2017 and continues to the present day.

eL Ralpho Archive series[]

The eL Ralpho Archive was also the name ascribed to a series of limited edition CD and DVD releases of mostly rare, unreleased or out-of-print material by The Residents, issued on the now-defunct label Ralph America. The series began in 2006 and came to include nine distinct releases before ending in 2009.

The eL Ralpho Archive was followed by the digital-only Robot Selling Device online store (active from 2009 to 2013) and the later pREServed series of releases, active since 2018.
