Freak Show CD-ROM Video Tour is a feature-length promotional VHS by The Residents with animation and design by Jim Ludtke, released in January 1994.
Created for Residents fans who did not own a computer, the video features a complete playthrough of The Residents' 1994 CD-ROM Freak Show, and a music video for "Jelly Jack".
History[]
The video was released through Ralph America alongside the Freak Show CD-ROM in January 1994. Freak Show was developed by The Residents throughout 1993, based on their 1990 album of the same name.
The VHS existed for fans of The Residents who did not own a computer or were unable to afford the game. As with the CD-ROM, this VHS is out of print and has been for decades.
