Leftovers Again?! (alternatively Leftovers Again?!?) is a compilation album by The Residents, released by Cherry Red Records, MVD Audio and New Ralph Too on June 12th 2021, as a limited edition Record Store Day vinyl release, and part of the group's ongoing pREServed series of remastered and expanded reissues. In early 2022, it was uploaded to online music streaming platforms including Spotify.

It contains previously unreleased "multi-track explorations", as well as rarities, alternate versions of songs such as "Satisfaction", and "historical artifacts" such as a seven-and-a-half minute "concentrate" of the group's unreleased 1970 demo tape Rusty Coathangers for the Doctor.

A follow-up collection, Leftovers Again?! AGAIN?!, has been announced for release on Record Store Day in April 2024.[1]

Contents[]

The album's contents range entirely within the 1970s, and contains one of The Residents' earliest recordings, "Rusty Concentrate", dating from the summer of 1970. The album also features alternate mixes of released songs derived from outtakes found on the original master tapes, subtitled "RDX".

A representative of Cherry Red Records has indicated that there are a number of "clues" hidden in the album artwork.[2]
