On January 1st 2023, The Mysterious Spanish Ladies introduced a comic strip feature on the home page of Meet The Residents Wiki, premiering two unofficial Residents-inspired comic strips created by members of The Ladies, Mole Hill (by "Kula Kirby", aka "Sister Susan") and The Negative Zone (by "Una Misteriosa", Founding Lady and head graphic designer of the wiki).

Artist "dare" began a series of one-off comic strips with a special Valentine's Day entry on February 14th 2023. A third ongoing strip by The Ladies and Co., titled Believe It or Die!, premiered July 16th 2023. A fourth, The Berry Boy Bros., premiered January 29th 2024 (Meet The Residents Wiki's seventh birthday).

The comic strip feature appears on the home page under the heading "Comix", in homage to underground comic books from the 1960s and 1970s as well as the comic series The Comix of Two Cities by Matt Howarth. During the month of January 2023, strips were updated weekly as part of the wiki's sixth anniversary celebrations; from February 2023 onwards the comix have been updated on a sporadic basis.

The comix feature entered an indefinite hiatus at the end of June 2024. If you are a budding artist who has considered volunteering your services to create a Residents-related comic strip for the wiki, please contact The Mysterious Spanish Ladies with your idea; if we like what you do, we will likely include your strip in a future update, if and when the comix feature returns.
