Santa Dog Box[]

Wednesday, October 30 2019, 12:01am
UPDATE: Only one was available, and it is now claimed. Perhaps some more interesting items will come from the vault...?
Released in the holidays during the innocent era of 1972, Santa Dog, a two record set of 45 rpm discs, is the holy grail of Residents collectibles. Due to a manufacturing malfunction during the cover printing process, only 400 of the original pressing of 500 were actually produced; of the remaining hundred pairs of records, only seventeen are currently preserved in The Cryptic Corporation Archive. Earlier this year, artist Dustin Edwards volunteered to personally produce hand made wooden boxes for these long orphaned discs, and now Cryptic has donated one of these deluxe box sets to The Residents' God in 3 Persons Indiegogo campaign as a crowdfunding premium. On the rare occasion that an original Santa Dog is offered for sale, the price has gone as high as $5000, but this special edition can be yours for only $1000 - but you have to act fast. ONE ONLY!!!
THESE ARE ORIGINAL SANTA DOG PRESSINGS FROM 1972 - only the exquisite hand made box is new. (Offer also includes a certificate of authenticity.)
