Potatoes (subtitled A Collection of Folk Songs from Ralph Records) is a various artists compilation album by Ralph Records, released in March 1987.

Potatoes showcases Ralph's often electronic and rock-based groups attempting to create folk music. The Residents contributed a cover of Hank Williams' "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry", an outtake from their album Stars & Hank Forever!.
