Tarnation Serafini is an EP by Black Tar and the Cry Babies (credited as Black Tar + CB) released through Hardy Fox's Hacienda Bridge newsletter in 2017.
The EP is a follow-up to the previous Black Tar compilation Tarnation, which had also been released through the newsletter.

Tarnation Serafini follows Tarnation, a compilation of tracks attributed to the Residents offshoot project Black Tar and the Cry Babies, which were later claimed by Klanggalerie owner Walter Robotka to have been "ironic" in nature, and mostly consisting of other people's music.[1]
Both Tarnation releases were available for download via Hardy Fox's Hacienda Bridge newsletter for a short time. Neither album was included in the later "complete"[1] compilation of Black Tar recordings, Black Tar and the Cry Babies, in 2020.
