Liner notes[]

  1. "Many decades ago, I hitchhiked from my childhood home in Texas to my new home in San Francisco. The dramatic desert landscape fascinated me, and I decided then that the trip was ripe for performance. Unfortunately, the music I wrote didn't capture that journey and I abandoned the idea a long time ago. So this is not that music. But I find it convenient to pretend that it is." - translated via Google Translate
