"Weight-Lifting Lulu" (sometimes printed "Weight Lifting Lulu" or "Weightlifting Lulu") is a song by The Residents, recorded in 1978 for the EP Buster & Glen. While the EP was never issued as a stand-alone release, it featured as the B-side to the album Duck Stab!/Buster & Glen, paired with the earlier Duck Stab! 7" EP. The album was released on Ralph Records on November 30th 1978.

The song features a violin part which anticipates the melody of the song "Hello Skinny", heard later on the album.

An instrumental sketch for a "re-imagined" arrangement was recorded in 2012 for the 35th anniversary of Duck Stab!, and released on the compilation D*ck S*ab - 35th Anniversary.

The song was part of a Duck Stab! suite performed live on the group's Shadowland tour in 2014. A live recording of one of these performances is featured on the 2015 live album. The "re-imagined" and Shadowland versions are both included on the 2018 pREServed edition of Duck Stab!/Buster & Glen.

A radically different live-in-the-studio arrangement of the song was filmed for the Night Flight Plus streaming TV special Duck Stab! Alive!, which aired in June 2021. It is also featured in the set list of the group's Dog Stab! tour, expected to re-commence in Europe in 2023.

Original photo-montage incorporated into the Buster & Glen cover art

Sweet scented woman, your
strange sounding name
Was Weight-Lifting Lulu, but I'm
not to blame
For putting the gun in your grand
daddy's hand
As he was imprinting your face in
the sand.
The part of the pork chop that you
left behind,
Has given me breakfast and
rendered me blind;
I still want you, baby, and I miss
you so much.
I hated your body, but I needed
your touch.
Weight-Lifting Lulu
Is under the lawn
Weight-Lifting Lulu
Forever is gone
Weight-Lifting Lulu
Forever is gone
Weight-Lifting Lulu
Is under the lawn.
